Massive lag #29

Just was testing dev build 9 me and admin hit each other once or twice to see if combat tag was working, lagged so hard

this seems to not be happening after a restart, not sure why

The lag in onDamage was caused by the lag in onCombatTagMonitor. Even if i don't fix the lag directly, only firing the combattag event once should mostly fix it.

Was caused by retrieving name from mojang.
