I get this error on tag http://pastebin.com/C0fFPmSE The server is in offline mode end run [23:17:48 INFO]: This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-59b08be-0899683 (MC: 1.8) (Implementing API version 1.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

That has nothing to do with the offline mode, please update to the latest development build.
