I'm having trouble starting SonarPet its trowing me a sun.net.www.protocol.file.FileURLConnection cannot be cast to java.net.HttpURLConnection

I'm running:

Java: 8 build 131
Server jar: PaperSpigot 1.12 (build: 1124) (also tested and failing on Spigot git-Spigot-cd6ba67-a7d074c)
SonarPet: CI build 13
