Examples static content paths need adjustment #69

Since merging #67 (merge commit a104278451f10fda08979d8b07d61faef4f04444) examples can no longer serve static files as the binaries are now in a different location.

This needs either adjustment of the HTTP doc path or not moving the examples to the new /bin directory.
