I seemed to be having this feedback signal not tally with physical switches. It will be off physically but on in the homey app. This has been happening quite sometime.due to this problem, some of my flow does not work. I have tried cutting power to the switches by shutting off main power hoping to re-establish the zwave network but it does not seemed to work. I think this app needs an update.
