Support Shoutcast streams +and .pls files #159

Some internet radio stations use shoutcast streams and .pls files. I´ve 
augmented the Audio.java file in order to support these features (see the 
attached file).

I don´t know if this is a sufficient solution to support shoutcast streams but 
at least it works for the radio station I use.
