Ampersand causes problems in classic UI #382

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an ampersand in a group label like label="Garden & Terr."
2. Try to access group from Classic UI, it highlights the item but won't change 
view
3. From HABdroid it works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ability to access the group
