Memory leak related to finalizers and jar file loading

As noted in https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/openhab/vzyYAwUz9Vo there 
appears to be a memory leak in OpenHAB related to jar file loading and the use 
of finalizers. Unfortunately I can't offer much more insight than what is 
already included in the linked post above, except to say that this is a 
relatively bad leak in that it causes an OpenHAB instance to run out of memory 
on a Raspberry Pi within a matter of days, requiring a reboot or restart of 
OpenHAB to free up the memory.
