Will I support Beijing and Ningxia?

Hello,

There are different ways to make Ice support AWS China. It depends if you want an Ice instance that crunches billing files from "AWS China only" or from "AWS and AWS China". And it also depends if you want to run that Ice instance on AWS China or outside of China.

What are you trying to do? Monitoring billing from AWS China only accounts?
