[BUG?]Preload alert 3.20 configuration problems #26

Your version of preload alert here doesn't seem to work for me. I don't see any errors in the logs. I could debug it if you're willing to send me the source. I'm one of the contributors on https://github.com/Queuete/PreloadAlert Discord: Erioire#9582

Update: It does work but on very few preloads. The built-in settings appear to be ignoring my config settings.
