Haven't been able to reproduce this one yet, so if anyone has extra reports of the same that would be quite useful.
This actually might be an issue with a mechanic in KSP itself, in that the command modules that he has set up on are in a horizontal position relative to the ground. This means that, relative to the "primary" command module (i.e. the one that is being used to control the ship) the ground is the current orientation.
You can fix this by pressing "control from here" on a module/dockingport that is facing up. This happens because of the side-facing command modules.
Ah, I hadn't even realized that. The remote cores are sideways. Apologies, not a bug with KMP.
Loading up the new client returns this, which is a bit bizarre. I have tried replacing the KMP folder completely now at least once, and it will randomly pick either a half-on sky/land navball or a completely 'ground up' navball orientation. It also transposes the nodes when placed.
A test of simply removing the KMP folder and launching the game normally, navball is back to normal. The new patch seems to have 'borked' that navball. Any input on solutions from others may be necessary, but it does appear to be a bug. Fairly significant if you're relying on the navigation nodes.
