Boss bars intertwine with the HWYLA tooltip #210

When a boss bar is present, the HWYLA tooltip will appear in the same spot with overlapping elements.

Actual Behavior

The HWYLA tooltip and boss bar overlap, with individual elements of each appearing above or below each other.

Intertwining UI elements

Expected Behavior

The HWYLA tooltip moves down to accommodate the boss bar residing in its usual spot.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Set up a bossbar (/bossbar add hwyla:test {"text":"HWYLA Test"}, /bossbar set hwyla:test players @a)
  2. Make the HWYLA tooltip appear by hovering over a block or entity.

Same with Infernal Mobs "bossbar". / Healthbar. It's in the same spot.
