Update to 1.14.4 #20

Full update to 1.14.4. Mostly just mapping changes, a single import fix, and updating to the new mod.json format. Also included Mod Menu as a dev dependency so you can test the mod.json file.

I PRed the update after someone in the Fabric discord said it crashed with the latest 1.14.4 versions. I tested and wasn't able to use it either (although others chimed in and said it did work for them).

Figured I would still send in an update in case you start getting issues on it.

Did you make sure you grabbed the latest version? Everybody I've seen have issues were using a very old version
