Update rollup and plugins #222

rollup-plugin-node-resolve is deprecated and replaced by @rollup/plugin-node-resolve

Test failed with node 8. Do we want to to keep supporting node 8?

This is cover by #219 Node 8 support is going to be dropped as it's no longer in lts.

btw, I'm working with @TehShrike in getting this library up to date and working on the next major release.
