Translation Update #9

Hello, I found some spell has been added in, but no translation update followed. I'm happy to translate it into simplified and traditional chinese, but Translation Outline is not updated, which makes it hard to translate. Could we have Translation Outline update?

Sorry for the delay, I've updated both the pastebin as well as the master code (Chinese and Traditional Chinese only so far). I've got someone helping me with the Chinese translations, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist with the Traditional Chinese translations.

I have made a PR with new translation and some "tabs to spaces" work accidently by my editor :)
