When doing some logistic works with different miners, or when miners are being set up one by one, you do not want your orca hauler to warp to said miner as he undocks from station , or if he is doing non-mining related stuff in the system.
Miners are often tethered to each other to keep them in the same belt. So I suggest haulers be tethered to a miner as well, in this mode they won't warp anywhere else in the target system but the tetheree.
