Removing corp bookmarks that salvager does not own #90

Uplink could be used to remove corp bookmarks placed by other clients. Something like...

in Salvager.iss @ line 539
 - BookmarkIterator.Value:Remove
 + relay all execute "EVE.Bookmark[${BookmarkIterator.Value.Label}]:Remove"

I'm sure you'll come up with something cleaner, but that does get the job done.
