The splitting scheme is specified in utils/splitting_scheme.py
Assignment of cells to lineage splits is performed directly in utils/cluster_splits.py
The notebooks in notebooks/PFI_subset_EDA are solely for visualization
Removed TCR/BCR genes from feature selection
