- Could they suggest GC formation? Maybe not, as Kerstin points out that there are mechanisms for T cell independent formation
- or could they be originating from B1?
- Clarify/justify the rationale to keep the cycling clusters separated but present
- NK origin:
- Focus on NK trajectory analysis including DN cells
- is the proportion of NK cells with DN-like TCR the same across developmental stages?
- Should we rename PROMONOCYTE_PROLIFERATING differently?
- Verify that organ specific clusters in myeloid, such as YS_MAC and BM_CD14_MONO are not driven solely by soup
- Rename YS specific microglia subset from gene+ to gene_hi (can't squint hard enough to read the full gene name lol)
