enlarge the curser size when annotating #13

can you enlarge the size of the cursor to annotate structures (e.g. when you are correcting the random forest annotations)? by valentina

I think it is possible, but will be a bit hard - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58502115/changing-cursor-on-a-bokeh-map Can you share an example that needs it ?
