X_umap_3D #24

Great package!

How did you go about initially computing the X_umap_3D coordinates without overwriting X_umap?

Thank you, glad to hear it's of some use.

I'm pretty sure that a 3D UMAP was computed first, copied to the .obsm field you specified, then a 2D one was generated in the standard place.
