Issue with calculating p value #164

Hi , I have four clusters. one express IL18 (cluster A_15)and another IL18R,IL18RAP (cluster A_18) Somehow the p value is 1 between all clusters : (deconvoluted.txt)

Why is that so ?

I have the same problems,I use the raw counts data ,but all Pvalue is 1.

Hi, I am having the same issue with all Pvalues being 0 or 1. I am using Scran normalised BBKNN integrated data. Did you find out how to solve this? Thanks!

I couldn't solve it. I Didn't use cellphoneDB eventually...
