I am trying to run the method on a mouse dataset but when I use --counts-data=gene_name I get the following error: [ ][APP][20/08/20-14:15:51][WARNING] Result is empty. I understand that CellPhoneDB uses human genes, so given my count.txt file what is the best way for me to proceed?
