About the Run time and GPU #220

I used the Cellphonedb and the cells are about 60000. About 10 hours after, I do not get a result. I use the subsampling methods and the result is the same, very slowly. I want to konw how to speed up through GPU.

I had a similar problem. I was finally able to run on my data after moving to a machine with more available RAM (around 128GB and 16 CPUs)
