thanks for your great software! Could you please clarify whether to set the --subsampling-log parameter in the _method statisticalanalysis as true or false when using CMP normalized data?
I found the following descriptions of the parameter:
Enables log transformation for non-log-transformed data inputs (mandatory parameter)
Enable subsampling log1p for non transformed data inputs !mandatory!
Does it mean that CPM normalized data have to be log-transformed for subsampling, thus I should set the parameter as true?
