Is it possible to access/output the raw table of the permutations of ligand-receptor expression averages? I'm trying to compare two conditions so the thinking now is to compare the permutation distributions between condition 1 and condition 2 of each specific ligand-receptor set in each specific cluster pair to calculate the statistic significance. In the original sequencing step the two condition samples were mixed and sequenced together so I'm not too worried about it.
