why the count number are same for each two cluster in "count_network.txt" file #325

Hello, cellphonedb team,

I have a small question that bother me for a long time in "count_network.txt". For example, the count number from T cell to B cell is 43, but why the count number from reverse direction is also the 43, i mean the ligand or receptor are from two different cell types.

Hi @zqyhyunbin count_network.txt (generated after running cellphonedb plot heatmap) only has the total number of interactions (being ligand or receptor) between both clusters. I agree it doesn't provide much insightful information but it's used for the plotting internally. We're working on generating a richer output with more useful info for our next release but if you've got any suggestions we'd love to hear them.
