It make me confused about the ligand and receptor dotplot. the picture showing below:
whether the first gene separated by "_" definitely was the ligand like the red frame on above plot.
Nonetheless, if i guess right, the gene Pdgfra was abbreviation of 'Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Alpha' . Clearly, It should be the ligand but receptor. So, the dotplot in row gene pairs had ambiguous ligand-receptor pairs. It was so difficult to
distinct which gene belong to ligand or receptor.
Hope you help me to determine the dotplot result.

It seems like interacting_pair has no direction, it can be ligand-receptor, or receptor-ligand. Details can be found in means.txt file, receptor_a or receptor_b column.
