dot_plot return empty figure #362

Dear anyone, Thanks for your excelllent work. I want to use cellphonedb to analysis my 10x scRNA data. The "method" parameter goes sucessfully and four files are generated. But when I run the command of `cellphone plot dot_plot'. There has no error and it generate a empty plot.pdf file. I also compare the content of example files with my files. The format is consistent. I am not sure what 's wrong with my files. I put my files in the attachment. Wish someone could help me!

Hello,

If your pdf file size is not 0 byte, I would recommend you to open the file using google chrome instead of adobe acrobat. I opened my pdf in adobe acrobat and it seemed empty.
