Backwards Interactions #366

Hi, I'm a new user to the CellphoneDB package, so it may be a user error on my part; but I think there are 85 ligand:receptor interactions in the CellphoneDB package that are backwards.

Here is the output of the means dataframe when filtered to these backwards interactions:

I didn't manually check each individual pair, so it's possible some of them might be correct... but most seem backwards here.

Actually, for what it's worth, I just tried to manually curate this list a bit myself.

I think CD2_CD58 seems like the only correct ligand_receptor pair in this table. The rest all look backwards to me.
