I have the same question with https://github.com/Teichlab/cellphonedb/issues/109. Sometimes our data have a cluster with too much cells. Will this cluster influence the result? If so, when should we sub sample our data? Indeed recently, I subset clusters to the same maximum cell numbers before perform cellphoneDB. Is it a scientific way to avoid or decrease this influence?
