Hi,

I am trying to run Cellphonedb v3 as below but encounter unexpected error. Do you know how to fix this error? Thanks!

Hi @yen-tran-91, thank you for using CellPhoneDB. Which verison of anndata (pip show anndata) was used to generate the h5ad was which one do you have installed, there's possibly an issue there?

I am having a similar error where the version of anndata used to generate the h5ad is newer than the one required by cellphonedb. Is there a workaround/solution to this?
