Hi, team, thanks for your efforts to cpdb. But i want to know why this method can't get a pvalue file, following the method:
cellphonedb method degs_analysis meta.tsv data_mtx.csv DEGs.tsv --counts-data=gene_name --threshold 0.1
And if i use this method to run cpdb, how can i use a simple and fast way to plot my figures? Best!
