pvalue is 1 or 0 #380

Hello, I am grateful that you can develop this excellent software for us, this is a problem when I used it. I found that the output file named "pvalues.txt" has so many zero, even through I set the parameter named "result-precision". How can I slove it? Thanks a lot.

Hey, I have a similiar problem. What does it mean, when the pvalue = 0.000? Because if I interpret it as highly significant, I get 1800 interactions in my dataset. But when I look into the means.txt file, I find only 200 interactions with a mean value > 0 (or more precise, in the mean file are a lot of NA, and only 200 interactions have mean values that are not NA). So I have only 200 interactions where both partners are expressed, but 1800 interactions that are celltype specific?

Is it correct, that a mean value can be NA?
