Add IGDATA environmental variable #80

This variable must be set according to https://github.com/Teichlab/tracer#installing-igblast, otherwise assembly fails with BLAST query/options error: Germline annotation database mouse/mouse_TR_V could not be found in [internal_data] directory

Hi @anton-khodak,

The IGDATA environment variable is currently set in https://github.com/Teichlab/tracer/blob/master/docker_helper_files/docker_wrapper.sh. Is that not working for you?
