Sign-in & Sign-up page completely styled #310 resolved #335

I have done some necessary changes to style the Sign-in and Sign-up pages of the Athavani project. Also align the position of the Sign-in and Sign-up page and also made fully responsive.

Adjusted the color contrast of the page.
Button and Input tag styling.
Styled the header part of the Sign in and Sign up templates and many-more updates are done.
