Sign-in & Sign-up completely Styled #310 from heet-kumar #336

Fixed issue : #310

I have done some necessary changes to style the Sign-in and Sign-up pages of the Athavani project. Also align the position of the Sign-in and Sign-up page and also made fully responsive as well.
