Video Stitching #1054

In this script, will create an application using tkinter GUI and opencv library,

just like there is image stitching, here will implement video stitching.

In this user will be able to select the multiple videos from the local system and will be to stitch those videos.

Here user will have option to stich the video either in row (side by side ) or in column (above and below).
