I'm not sure how to implement this, but I can just see in the near-ish future the issues being meaninglessly clogged up. So maybe someone could make some software that does that and make a pull request for it?

@phoebe-leong Thanks for your concern, but this is just a demo repository for random-rickroll action. It is not really a problem that issues are being clogged up.
