Toggle Theme Enhancement #44

  1. Added the theme icon(drop-down) in the dashboard, able to switch between themes in the list (supported theme dark and light).
  2. Modify the APP_THEME variable according to the value selected in the dropdown.
  3. And loads the entire dashboard from the respective themes file.
  4. Configured the properties in the dashboards, which now supports dynamically change in color based on the theme selected.
