9 months ago Nevermind! Turned out I forgot to download Visual C++. I am. very sorry I thought I downloaded it for something else at one point but I need to remember not to trust my memory. It is working now!
Trying to mod Persona 3 Portable. Whenever I try to build the CPK, it seems to work fine until it gives the message in red in the screenshot. When I launch the game, the test mod is also not applied. I followed the P3P gamebanana modding guide as closely as I could, and then I tried the Aemulus instructions on it's gamebanana page, and neither worked so I am. Very confused.
