Remove DMA support #24

Remove all DMA support due it shutting down permanently. Leaving the DMA tab in prevents users from using DMM properly, forcing users to use manual workarounds.

DMA has shut its doors permanently so I removed all code logic and all mentions of DMA. Tested it, DMM opens up just fine now, GB mod browsing and download works fine. DMM is usable again!
