Quick workaround for disabling it, in your game folder: GGST-> Binaries -> Win64 -> plugins -> config.toml change costumes to false. After talking with the person who created the patch, he said that the crash is unrelated to the patch and would need more info about mods "breaking." I'll contemplate on making it an option or removing it
I'm not exactly sure what error am I facing with but Maskless Jack-O and Hoodless Bridget are not working properly for my game for some reason after the patch. What is creaitn this issue? Is there a way to fix it?
There is another issue that I'm unsure of if it's different, but the copy and paste of creating the placeholder areas for the costume mod cause the game to improperly load particle data due to costume02, 03, 04 and 05 still referencing costume01 in the header list. I've encountered this issue for Nago, and I am sure it's likely an issue for other characters. I am willing to try to fix this myself if I am allowed to set up the placeholder files to be referencing the right folder, planned on doing it myself for my friends and clients palettes, but I am willing to volunteer my time for others as well.
Extra costumes patch causes known issues with GGST online play (fatal error crash to desktop when playing an online match when loading in on Player 2 side), and QOL issues in offline play (costume patch commands share keybindings with base-game commands). Costume patch breaks several mods due to functionality (e.g. Hoodless Bridget and Maskless Jack-O)
Mod is auto-installed without properly informing the user, causing unwanted changes and breaking functionality.
