Need updating for new update #223

How is the FPS unlock DOA every time a new update is pushed? I don't think anyone knows or cares about the other features of the Overlay. Seems like needless unnecessary work for the dev to be doing every single time the game is patched.

I tried playing with UE5 cvars, t.MaxFPS can unlock FPS in the main menu, but couldn't figure out how to do the 2x interpolation in game. Tried setting various actor/camera interpolation cvars, but nothing.
