Fix icon chevron in buttonLink to text baseline #1631

Description

Chevron should measure 8x8 and the alignment with the text should be set to baseline image

Reorganize layers in buttonLinks is required.

  1. Parent alignmet should be centered
  2. Should have a group inside with baseline alignment with text + chevron
  3. Take in account swap the inline space
