Setting for disabling camera shutter sound #518

Hey, I did not find any setting for disabling the in-app camera shutter sound in 'Settings' -> 'Notifications and Sounds' - or elsewhere. It would be a great improvement since I'm not a fan of any sounds my phone makes, otherwise than for calls. Thanks for your consideration.

Android 11, LineageOS 18.1 Telegram FOSS v7.8.0 (2360) arm64-v8a

Yes please, why the camera shutter makes a noise?? Even with my phone is in silence mode

Same issue on Google Pixel 7 Pro, Android 13, Telegram v.9.4.4

Disabling media sounds on device disables the shutter sound in Telegram, but this is obviously not ideal.

Two years later, 3 versions up (v10.2.9 (4087)) and this still isn't an option...
