Hello, I am trying to make a video call from android to PC. The PC has an inoperable camera and because of this the connection cannot be established. If I make a normal call and then try to enable video, the video will not broadcast - v9.3.3
On versions 9.5.3 and 9.6.5 I get an endless connection between PC and phone
