Can't publish stories in the new version, "Update your app before publish". I can see some stories, but I can't publish and I have the last version #695

Want to know why I can't publish stories and tells me "Update your app to last version to can do it", and I have the issue with th last version. Tried with Telegram FOSS Beta and same thing.

Why is possible see stories but not publish them and with the last version? I wouldn't like go to official Telegram for this, I love Telegram FOSS, but want to know if this will be solved to can publish my own stories.

Stories still don't work, except now if you try, the app freezes and ‘stops responding’ until you kill it. I use Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra & android 14
