Increase picture size limit (from 1280 to 2560px) #704

Telegram API supports sending pictures up to 2560px on larger side, but Telegram-FOSS both sends and downloads them with 1280px limit.

Telegram-desktop people have adopted this. https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/6520
