"Gift Premium" button in chat bar is a nuisance

The little gift icon in the chat bar:

• Is in the active text box
• Is next to a frequently used button, that previously did not have a neighbour
• Vanishes once tapped, but only per 1-to-1 chat
• Does not have a way to disable it

If possible, can it please either be removed or have a toggle to disable it?
